Privacy notice

We collect personal information only when you ask us to contact you. We use it to answer your request, and we never sell it.

Call-back request form

If you use our free consultation call-back form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and (if you choose) your age and the best time to call. We also record whether you agreed to be contacted by phone, the wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser type, so we have a record of your consent and can block spam.

Why: to contact you about your consultation request. Who sees it: the two owners of this site and the licensed professional who returns your call. It is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and emailed to the owners. Never sold: we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list unless you sign up for one yourself.

How long we keep it: only as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months. Then we delete it.

Your choices: you can ask us to stop contacting you, or to see or delete your information, by replying to any email from us or telling the person who calls you. We will act on your request promptly.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting it. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser and device under the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum.

Consultation bookings (Calendly)

If you book a time instead, Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, handles the booking. The details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number and answers) are processed by Calendly under the Calendly privacy notice and shared with us so we can contact you about your consultation.

Newsletter

Our newsletter is not open yet and collects nothing. We will update this notice before it starts.

Checklist and countdown emails

If you give us your email address to get our retirement checklist or countdown reminders, we use it only to send what you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we never sell your email address.

Calculators

Numbers you enter in the calculators stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools. The Calendly widget and Cloudflare Turnstile may set or read their own cookies or similar data when they load. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) to keep the site working and secure.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the effective date above.
